Marie-Hélène Beaudoin has devoted her career to dispute resolution in civil and commercial law since her admission to the Quebec Bar in 2007. An experienced litigator, she is also a certified mediator and arbitrator. Within the firm, Marie-Hélène draws on her proven expertise in legal research, strategic analysis and drafting in high-stakes cases. She is particularly active in the areas of civil and contractual liability, insurance law, commercial law in all its forms (securities, corporate law, bankruptcy and insolvency, etc.) and administrative law.
Driven by a passion for the law, Marie-Hélène has always been very active in the legal community through her writings, her many training initiatives and her involvement in various committees, notably those of the Quebec Bar and the Young Bar of Montreal. She teaches at the Quebec Bar School and sat on the Disciplinary Council of the Quebec Bar for several years. She had the opportunity to speak before the Institutions Committee of the National Assembly on the reform of the Code of Civil Procedure.
