Adam J. Beauregard acts in a wide range of civil, commercial and administrative litigation involving complex issues and matters of strategic importance. His versatility, dedication and creativity contribute to the successful formulation of tailored solutions to his client's challenges.
Adam represents, among others, financial institutions, public bodies, shareholders, and directors of companies, as well as businesses operating in various fields, including telecommunications, construction, real estate development, environment, and transportation.
He pleads before the Quebec courts, both judicial and administrative, as well as before the federal courts. He also advises and represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration.
Prior to joining Woods, Adam practiced with a large provincial firm. He also completed a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical chemistry, which led him to work for a scientific research institute and a major pharmaceutical company.
