Émilie St-Pierre's practice focuses on civil, commercial and administrative litigation since her admission to the Bar in 2016. She has been involved in litigation cases before all levels of Quebec courts, as well as the Federal Court of Appeal and numerous out-of-court settlements. She has also acquired substantial knowledge of disciplinary law and construction law.

Émilie shares her keen interest in pleading with the next generation of litigators by coaching students of the Faculty of Political Science and Law of the Université de Québec à Montréal in the Laskin Moot Court Competition in Constitutional and Administrative Law since 2016.

Prior to joining private practice, Émilie began her career as a law clerk at the Court of Appeal of Quebec. She subsequently practiced in the litigation group of an international law firm.
