Since her admission to the Quebec Bar in 2021, Emily Martin is developing a diverse litigation practice in the area of civil and commercial litigation. Her articling experience with a regional firm in Quebec City involved research and drafting for commercial litigation, insurance litigation, and transportation law files.
Prior to her career as a lawyer, Emily worked as a guide-interpreter for the Supreme Court of Canada. While at the University of Ottawa, her extracurricular activities include serving as vice president of the Association étudiante de droit constitutionnel de l’Université d’Ottawa and participating in the Big Brother/Big Sister program.
