Jack Little is developing a dispute resolution practice after completing his articling with our firm. Clients will benefit from his legal reasoning and ability to represent them in civil and commercial litigation as well as insolvency matters. Jack is involved in major contractual disputes, including those arising from mergers and acquisitions, oppression remedies, insolvency and restructuring proceedings and sports law litigation; as well as in defamation suits.
Jack graduated Summa Cum Laude from Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa. In addition to his academic abilities, Jack showed versatility through his extracurricular activities. He served as a student law clerk to the Honourable Justice Claude Dallaire of the Quebec Superior Court, completed a legal internship at a major transportation company, and acted as a research assistant in the field of Municipal Law at the University of Ottawa. Jack was also a silver medallist at the Laskin Moot Court Competition in the Factums category.
